The Educator Collaborative provides K-12 literacy professional development to schools across the United States and around the world. We provide expert support in areas like writing instruction, reading instruction, foundational literacy, anti-bias education, multilingual pedagogy, digital literacy, and standards integration. Our expertise is in designing high quality, inspirational, and immediately practical professional learning that facilitates educators in strengthening research-based, classroom proven, literacy pedagogy through an anti-bias, culturally affirming lens.

We value building trusting, respectful, and collaborative relationships that last years. We aim to not just be “providers,” but members of the District family. We focus on supporting educators, not selling programs. As adults develop a deeper knowledge of literacy content, methods, assessment practices, and environment building, they are better equipped to plan for and respond to the developmental needs of the diverse, multilingual students in their care.
