Elementary Teacher in Washington
Heather Lippert has been an early childhood educator for 17 years in the greater Seattle area. She is passionate about creating classrooms that are centered on humanizing children and building deep, vibrant classroom communities. Heather believes that literacy is a tool that gives young children power to learn about and shape the world. She has served on many leadership teams in her district and region, including an Early Learning Fellows group that worked to expand early learning educators expertise in Social Emotional Learning. She holds a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Washington. Heather is also a National Board Certified teacher in the area of Early Middle Childhood Literacy.
