Georgina Castilleja

Georgina Castilleja has over twenty years of experience in education. She has been in school and district leadership for 14 years and is currently the founding principal of a public charter middle school. She has a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction and a doctorate in professional leadership with a focus on literacy. Her passions are literacy, social-emotional learning, and restorative practices. Her mission is to create educational spaces that are culturally responsive and that help develop agency and the social-emotional competencies of children and adults.
