Earn FOUR Clock/State Hours by Attending TheEdCollab Gathering

To Receive a Certificate for 4 Clock/State Hours:

1. Register and pay the fee.
2. Attend the entire Gathering day, live or recorded.
3. Complete and submit a written reflection. See the “Requirements” section, below, for full details.

Spring Gathering Registration Deadline: July 31, 2026.

*No registrations accepted after 7/31/26 at 12:01AM PST.

Reflection Submission Deadline: August 10, 2026.

The Educator Collaborative Courses and Events are approved for licensure hours in several states. Some states do require or do not provide state approval. Review the “State and Clock Hours list” information and your state and district policies before registering with us.

Information

Requirements (in detail)

1. Register and pay in full.
2. Attend the entire Gathering day, live or recorded. View the Opening, Closing, and your choice of 3 additional sessions.
3. Complete a written reflection of 500-800 words in response to the following prompt: “How will this Gathering conference positively impact your teaching and/or leadership? Give concrete examples while citing specific ideas from this Gathering’s sessions, stating the session title(s) and speaker(s) in your discussion.”
4. Type your full name, full address, and the date of the Gathering (e.g. “Spring 2026 Gathering”) at the top of the first page.
5. Save your reflection as a PDF.
6. Submit your reflection by replying to your registration email. Change the subject line to, “Reflection submission – Your Gathering State/Clock Hours registration confirmation,” and attach your written reflection PDF.

Submission deadline for Spring 2026 Gathering is August 10, 2026.

State and Clock Hours list

New York: We are an approved New York State CTLE Provider. Choose “CTLE” during registration.

Texas: We are a TEA-approved CPE Provider. Choose “CPE” during registration.

All Others: Choose “Clock Hours” as your certificate type when you register. Talk to your supervisor before registering to see if that certificate can qualify toward your State or Local professional development requirements.

Allow 6-8 weeks for processing. If you need a Certificate sooner, please reply to your registration email with proof of a pending licensure deadline and we will do our best to rush delivery.

Refund Policy

Refund policy: A full refund can be requested within 24 hours of registration. No refunds after this point for any reason.

Limitations

You must be registered and paid in full in order to be eligible to receive a certificate.

An individual may only receive 1 (one) certificate, of any type (CTLE, CPTE, PLU, Clock Hours) for the each Gathering. Requesting multiple certificates by using differing contact information will result in all registrations for that individual being void.

If you do not fulfill the requirements you cannot receive a certificate, cannot retake the course, and you are not eligible for a refund.
