Kelly Honey

First Grade Teacher at the American Foundation School of Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico

Kelly Honey is a 10th year educator.  She is a first grade teacher at the American Foundation School of Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico. Before moving to lower elementary, she taught 3rd grade in Conway, Arkansas and Doha, Qatar. She is a proud alumni of the University of Central Arkansas where she received her B.S.E. in Early Childhood Education and M.S.Ed. in Reading. At ASFM she serves as the K-2 ELA sectional subject leader. She has a great passion for teaching all children to read and write!
