Nita Creekmore is an experienced ELA teacher, instructional coach, mentor, educator, and consultant with over 22 years in K–12 education. Based in Atlanta, she began her career as a classroom teacher in Virginia and South Carolina before moving to Georgia and transitioning into an instructional coach/literacy educator. Nita is the founder of Love, Teach, Bless, a coaching and consulting platform that supports educators through professional development focused on instructional strategies, literacy, teacher empowerment, and culturally responsive teaching. She partners with schools and districts nationwide to help teachers grow through reflective practice and build stronger, more inclusive classrooms.
Nita is known for her honest, uplifting approach to professional learning. She regularly shares insights and resources through social media and national conferences, including ASCD + ISTELive, Simply Instructional Coaching Summit, Teacher Self-Care Conference and more. With a Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership, she is also the co-author of Every Connection Matters: How to Build, Maintain, Restore Relationships Inside the Classroom and Out (2024) and Read Outside Your Bubble: Expand Your Bookshelf, Expand Your World (2025). Whether coaching teams, supporting teachers or delivering keynotes, Nita’s work inspires educators to lead with purpose, equity, and heart.
