Clock/State Hours Information
Requirements
1. Register and pay in full.
2. Attend the entire Gathering day, live, from 10AM – 2PM EST.
3. Sign-in upon join in and sign-out upon leaving for the day.
4. Log-in to the Zoom and attend the LIVE Townhall: Zoom Gathering.
State and Clock Hours list
The Educator Collaborative Courses and Events are approved for licensure hours in several states. Some states do require or do not provide state approval. Review your state and district policies before registering to ensure hours can apply toward your certification.
DC: District of Columbia does not require sponsors to certify, therefore we provide PLU Hours.
Texas: We are a TEA-approved CPE Provider.
New York: We are an approved New York State CTLE Provider.
New Jersey: All NJ PDP hours are provided locally by your supervisor and NJ does not certify providers. Talk to your supervisor before registering and then choose “Clock Hours” as your certificate type when you register.
All Others: Talk to your supervisor before registering to see if you could exchange your Clock Hours certificate for district-provided hours and then choose “Clock Hours” as your certificate type when you register.
Allow 6-8 weeks for processing. If you need a Certificate sooner, please reply to your registration email with proof of a pending licensure deadline and we will do our best.
Refund Policy
Refund policy: A full refund can be requested within 24 hours of registration. No refunds after this point for any reason.
Limitations
You must be registered and paid in full in order to be eligible to receive a certificate.
An individual may only receive 1 (one) certificate, of any type (CTLE, CPTE, PLU, Clock Hours) for the Fall 2025 Gathering. Requesting multiple certificates by using differing contact information will result in all registrations for that individual being void.
If you do not fulfill the requirements you cannot receive a certificate, you cannot retake the course, and you are not eligible for a refund.
