Earn FOUR Clock/State Hours by Attending the Fall 2024 Gathering

To Receive a Certificate for 4 Clock/State Hours:

1. Attend the entire Gathering day (4 sessions, live or recorded).
2. Complete the written assignment.
3. Upload your assignment, register, and pay ($19.99 for 4 Hours)

The Educator Collaborative Courses and Events are approved for licensure hours in several states. Some states do require or do not provide state approval. Review the “State and Clock Hours list” information and your state and district policies before registering with us.

Information

State and Clock Hours list

DC: District of Columbia does not require sponsors to certify, therefore we provide PLU Hours.

Texas: We are a TEA-approved CPE Provider.

New York: We are an approved New York State CTLE Provider.

New Jersey: All NJ PDP hours are provided locally by your supervisor and NJ does not certify providers. Talk to your supervisor before registering and then choose “Clock Hours” as your certificate type when you register.

All Others: Talk to your supervisor before registering to see if you could exchange your Clock Hours certificate for district-provided hours and then choose “Clock Hours” as your certificate type when you register.

Allow 6-8 weeks for processing. If you need a Certificate sooner, please reply to your submission email with proof of a pending licensure deadline and we will do our best.

Type and label a response to Part 1 and Part 2. Save your response as a PDF and upload it to the registration form (below).

Part 1: Type a list of the TITLES AND PRESENTERS of keynotes and workshops you attended. You must attend 4: one during each session.

Part 2: Type a 4-7 paragraph reflection on how the conference will impact your work as a teacher and/or leader. Cite specific examples from keynotes and workshops you attended and connect them to your work.

Refund Policy

Refund policy: A full refunds can be requested within 48 hours of registration.

No refunds after 48 hours for any reason, including but not limited to receiving an unsatisfactory rating, failure to satisfactorily complete the assignment, and not receiving a certificate.

Retakes and Resubmissions

Every individual may only receive 1 (one) certificate, of any type, for the Fall 2024 Gathering.

If you do not get a satisfactory rating on your assignment you cannot receive a certificate. Any registered individual may revise and resubmit a total of 1 (one) time within 14 days of receiving an unsatisfactory rating. If you receive 2 (two) unsatisfactory ratings you cannot retake the course and you are not eligible for a refund.
